By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to your business's financial and operational aspects. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, and ABBS shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

ABBS respects the confidentiality of all client information and data shared during our services. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, and we do not disclose or share your information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Payment and Fees

Payment terms and fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to the client. Payment is expected as agreed upon, and failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information related to ABBS's services, remain the property of ABBS. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content and materials provided to utilize our services. Limitation of Liability

ABBS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from or related to our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered must be settled.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted per the laws of Virginia.

Modifications

ABBS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
